OVERVIEW

Player age range is from 3-10 years old.  Head Coach Brad Hawkins and Bill Lanza (BIO) have designed a player focused practice/game environment. The first half of practice all players use their own ball reviewing skills while playing age appropriate activities.  Next, we play small sided games with players of similar ability. Players usually see a significant increase in their skill level in just one season!  At games, players are grouped according to age and ability.   Game day rosters are small so the players have plenty of playing time!   Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at [email protected] or text at 703-568-0327.

Equipment Needed

 PLEASE BRING A BALL TO PRACTICE

            4-5 year old -- size 3 ball
            6-11 year old -- size 4 ball
     

• Please bring a ball and water to practice.
• Wear whatever athletic outfit feels comfortable.
• Shin guards are recommended.
• Cleats are recommended for players 7 years old and up.

Important Dates

• We will send you a Welcome Email and the practice schedule on Friday, August 22nd.
• Practices will begin the week of August 26th.
• Rosters will be posted by Sunday, August 31st.
• Saturday Games will begin September 6th.
• Sunday Games will begin September 7th.

Practices 

Tuesday OR Wednesday Practice Option

• Times:  Sessions between 5:00PM - 7:30PM
• Location: Tuesday at Embrey Mill Park OR Wednesdays at Willowmere Park
  

Uniforms

Uniform kit can be used multiple seasons.  Uniform set includes:  1 yellow shirt, 1 green shirt, 1 black short, 1 black pair of socks.  Sizes Range from Youth Small to Adult Large and can be selected during your purchase online. 

NOTE:  Uniforms purchased online and distributed at pre-season practice sessions.
